Hi, I’m Mily, Founder and CEO of Valuetive LLC. I’m an Industrial Engineer, a bilingual (Spanish-English) MBA specialized in Value Creation, a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with over 17 years of experience empowering cross-functional teams to achieve business excellence.
I am here to serve. That’s not just a statement, it’s the foundation of everything I do. I believe in creating value for people and value in processes. True transformation happens when we improve systems and uplift the people who bring them to life. When we lead with purpose, clarity, and intention, we don’t just create change, we create lasting impact.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with global companies, leading strategic initiatives across diverse cultures, business models, and markets. I bring deep expertise in strategy deployment, process transformation, project management, and leadership development, always with a people-first approach. My engineering background gives me the structure to optimize processes; my heart for service fuels the leadership to make change last.
